**RETURN POLICY**

I DO NOT OFFER PARTIAL REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If there is a problem with your item you may send it back for a FULL REFUND! If I have made a mistake in the listing, I will even pay for your return shipping! I strongly recommend the use of USPS Delivery Confirmation when returning an item. Refund will be provided only when I have item back in my possession or D/C shows item has been delivered back to me.

**FEEDBACK POLICY**

PLEASE do not use feedback in place of my customer service! If you're not happy, EMAIL ME! I cannot fix a problem if I am not told that one exists! I am human and can make a mistake, but I do try as hard as humanly possible to make my customers happy!

I ask that you consider the "shipping time" as the time between when the payment is made and the item is SHIPPED, not received! Since I do not work for the Postal Service, the best I can do is ship ASAP after payment is received! I always ship within 24-48 hours. If I cannot ship within that time, I will email you to explain the delay!
